What is Powder Coating?
Powder Coating is a free-flowing powder that is applied using electricity and then cured in an oven. During the curing process the powder melts and flows out, resulting in a coating that is resistant to most chemicals, weather, and is much more durable than conventional paints.

Why Powder Coating?
Powder coating is more resistant to chipping, scratching, and fading than any other finish. Car enthusiasts, professional mechanics, and manufacturers agree that powder coating is the ideal finish for parts due to its durability and flexibility.
Powder coating is also an environmentally friendly process that does not require the use of harmful solvents like those found in liquid paint, virtually eliminating any waste into the atmosphere.
What can be powder coated?
Any metal surface capable of holding an electrical charge and withstanding 400 degrees Fahrenheit can be powder coated. Wheels, valve covers, bicycles, motorcycle frames, gates, fences, calipers, intake manifolds and patio furniture are just some of the thousands of items normally powder coated.
